Data: Primary Care 2024

RHS Mobile Bus

Our primary care clinics are accredited by The Joint Commission in Ambulatory Care, while also maintaining certification as a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH). Our teams help patients learn to manage their health care through education, preventative screenings and coordination of health care needs with specialists. We take pride in our strong provider patient relationship. The result is individualized patient-centered care.

Regional Health Systems provides four core services under our primary care. Your individual needs are a priority whether you need family medicine, dental care, pediatrics, and/or senior care. Our locations also offer behavioral health, routine laboratory services, health screenings, health education, meal planning and more.

Regional Health Systems also provides dental care for all ages at our Hammond Care Campus with services including routine cleanings, exams, fillings, extractions, and emergency dental services.

Regional Health Systems receives several subpopulation grants to serve homeless individuals as well as people who reside in public housing. All our clinics are within 2 miles of public housing, reducing the barriers to accessing care.
